Social Media Manager (Part-time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Xuntos team as a part-time social media manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online community of people, advertising our initiatives, and promoting job opportunities through our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with our business goals and raise brand awareness
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels, including images, videos, and written posts
  • Use tools such as Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Suite to create and edit graphics for social media
  • Schedule and upload content to our social media channels
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media accounts
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of our social media efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing campaigns
  • Help maintain consistency across all of our social media channels

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Excellent graphic design skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Suite to create and edit graphics for social media
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Portfolio of social media accounts and design work
